- Free votes are spent first. Whatever you paid for stays in your balance until the free ones run out.
- On the transparency page, a paid Pass counts as $0.10 and a free vote counts as nothing. That dollar figure is what was actually paid for the votes deployed — it includes VAT and is before payment fees.
- They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, wagered, or won as a prize.
